Gerald is the Finance and Administration Manager at Development Alert. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Makerere University. He has also acquired certificates in computerized accounting using tally and QuickBooks from Africa Population Consult-Makerere.

Gerald has over 10 years of experience in the Finance and Administration work having worked with Tick Hotel, Emerald Hotel, Bergen Consult and other businesses.

Mr. Othieno is adaptable and offers a wealth of human resources’ and accounting experience to Development Alert.
